My Approach
My therapeutic work is grounded in a trauma-informed relational approach, dedicated to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. I am gentle and warm, but direct and honest. My goal for our work together is to bring you relief and to feel better in ways that stick.
I offer a highly personalized approach, one that supports individuals in their desire to find wholeness, aliveness, acceptance, and peace within themselves. Using multiple therapeutic modalities—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), mindfulness and somatic techniques, and person-centered therapy—I help clients navigate life transitions, doubt, grief, anxiety, overwhelm, negative beliefs, and fear.
I provide individual therapy to individuals in both the states of Washington and Michigan.
